Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL - A Govt. of India Enterprise) Kudankulam Nuclear Power Project invites applications for its Health Physics Unit at Kudankulam Nuclear Power Project the following posts to share these challenging spectrum of responsibilities. SALARY : On the basis of the performance during the training, the successful trainees are likely to be considered for appointment to the post of Scientific Assistant/B in the Pay Band Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs.4200/- plus other allowances as applicable.
QUALIFICATION :
(a) B.Sc. (60% Marks) should be with Physics as principal subject and Chemistry/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Electronics & Computer Science as subsidiary (OR) Chemistry as principal subject and Physics/Mathematics/ Statistics/Electronics & Computer Science as subsidiary (OR) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects with equal weightage.
(b) Mathematics at HSC (10+2) level is essential. Should have had English as one of the subjects either at SSC or HSC level examination.
PHYSICAL STANDARDS :
Minimum Height - 160 cm (5'3")
Minimum Weight - 45.5 Kgs. (100 lbs.)
AGE LIMIT RELAXATION : 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC.
HOW TO APPLY : Applications on the prescribed format, either type written or handwritten on A4 (21cm x 29.5 cms) size paper. The signed application form along with copies of certificates (without folding) in an A4 Size envelope shall be submitted by ordinary post only. The outer cover should be superscripted 'APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF Scientific Assistant (Stipendiary Trainee)' against Advertisement No. KKNPP/HRM/1/2014.
