Odisha State Health & Family Welfare Society, Govt. of Odisha invites applications form eligible persons for filling up following Medical posts under National Urban Health Mission (NRHM) on contractual basis for a term of 11 months.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Medical Officer - Candidate should have obtained MBBS degree from recognized University / Institution approved by Medical Council of India.
Pharmacist - Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized Institute and approved by P.C.I. Must have registered under Odisha State Pharmacy Council. Desirable - Computer proficiency (MS Office / Internet). S/he must have passed Odia up to M.E. Standard.
Staff Nurse - The candidate must have passed General Nursing & Midwifery / B.Sc. Nursing from any 3 (three) Govt. Nursing schools of 3 Medical Colleges / School of Nursing M.C.L Talcher / I.G.H, Rourkela or other recognized private institutions duly approved by I.N.C and must have registered in the Odisha Nursing Council. S/he must have passed Odia up to M.E. Standard.
Laboratory Technician - Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) Courses from any of 3 (three) Medical College & Hospitals of the State or from any other AICTE approved Institute. S/he must have passed Odia up to M.E. Standard.
A.N.M. - The candidate must have passed the H.S.C. examination & should have completed A.N.M course from Govt. Institutions / private institutions approved by I.N.C. Must have registered under Odisha Nursing Council. She must have passed Odia up to M.E. Standard.

After System generated application (Hard Copy) duly signed by the candidate along with self attested copies of all required documents should be reach to concerned CDMO-cum- District Mission Director (not to Mission Directorate, NHM, BBSR, Odisha) so as to reach the office of the concerned CDMO-cum-District Mission Director through Roistered Post / Speed Post / Courier only and the envelope containing the application should be superscribed clearly the name of the post applied for.
