Odisha State Health & Family Welfare Society, Bhubaneswar (Odisha) invites applications from eligible candidates for filling up posts of AYUSH Doctors (Ayurvedic / Homoeopathic), Pharmacist & Staff Nurse / ANM in the Mobile Medical Teams (MMTs) / Mobile Health Teams (MHTs) under Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK), NHM, Odisha on contractual basis for a term of 11 months.
NRHM Odisha – under Department of Health & Family Welfare, Govt.of Odisha.
QUALIFICATIONS :
AYUSH Doctor - Bachelor degree in Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (B.A.M.S) / Bachelor in Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (B.H.M.S) as the case may be, from a recognized University. S/he must have completed the Internship Training if any. S/he must have passed Odia up to M.E. Standard.
Pharmacist - Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized Institute and approved by PCI. Must have registered under Odisha State Pharmacy Council. Desirable - Computer proficiency (MS Office / Internet). S/he must have passed Odia up to M.E. Standard.
Staff Nurse / A.N.M - General Nursing & Midwifery / B.Sc.Nursing from any 3 (three) Govt. Nursing schools of 3 Medical Colleges / School of Nursing M.C.L Talcher / I.G.H, Rourkela or other recognized private institutions duly approved by I.N.C and must have registered in the Odisha Nursing Council. S/he must have passed Odia up to M.E. Standard.
HOW TO APPLY : Eligible Interested candidates apply online through official website. The system - generated Online application (Hard Copy) duly signed by the candidate along with self attested copies of all supportive documents shall be sent to the concerned CDMO-cum-District Mission Directors of the District (not to Mission Directorate, NHM, BBSR, Odisha) so as to reach the office of CDMO-cum- District Mission Director. Eligible candidates Apply on or before 10/01/2014 (by 5.00 P.M.) through Regd. Post / Speed Post / Courier only and the envelope containing the application should be superscribed clearly the name of the post applied for.
