QUALIFICATION : MBA (HR) / MSW (PM/IR) / Two year full time Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management .
EXPERIENCE : Post qualification experience, 3 years for MBA (HR) and 7 years for others in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare with adequate exposure to strategic HR Management, HRD Systems, Reward Systems, Competency Mapping, Training etc, in a reputed company.
AGE LIMIT : Candidates should not be more then 48 years.
